1. Right of Withdrawal (in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, simply send an email to:

indicating your order number, your name, and the items concerned.

You will then receive an email confirming the receipt of your request.

2. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

• Items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging;

• The return is made within 14 days of the withdrawal notification;

• The package is carefully protected to prevent damage during transport.

Personalized, signed, digital, or downloadable products (e.g., presets, digital files, online content) cannot be refunded in accordance with European law.

3. Return Procedure

Returns must be sent to the address provided by email after your request is approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or defective products.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Simple Town cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refunds

Once the return is received and approved, a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

In the case of a damaged or non-conforming product, the customer may request:

• A replacement (if the product is still available), or

• A full refund, including initial shipping costs.

Digital items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Damaged Products or Order Errors

If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos.
We will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with a replacement or refund, according to your choice.
